Our policy is not to disclose information we receive from you when you communicate with us. We will also not disclose to others the information we obtain from your transactions with us, such as how much you have pledged or donated to the nonprofit organization of your choice through NobleActs Online Contribution System, how much you paid in a particular month, your cumulative payments, and other aspects of your payment history with us.
We will not disclose to anyone, except as required by law, the account information about the credit card or financial institution accounts that you are using to make your donations. To protect your security, we only store the last four digits of your credit card number. Information about your credit cards is passed directly from your device to the credit card processing company called Braintree, guaranteeing the highest level of security possible.
The nonprofit organizations who have employed NobleActs to make electronic payment services available to donors and them, have asked that we share certain nonpublic personal information that we collect about you. This information includes your name and address, and certain aspects of your payment history with us.
If you prefer that your name and address information not be disclosed to the nonprofit organization to which you direct your donation, please sign up using the "Guest Donor" feature. When you use this feature, we will not disclose your name and address to the organization, although we will disclose your member number and other information we collect about you, such as your payment history. If you do not want any personal information that we collect about you disclosed, we regret to say that we cannot enroll you to make electronic payments. In this case, we will not disclose any nonpublic personal information that was collected in the course of your attempt to enroll.
NobleActs values the trust you are placing in us and works hard to protect and ensure the security of the nonpublic personal information we collect about you. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know this information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
